About The Program

1. The ‘TATA Motors Delight Program’ (hereinafter called as ‘Program’) is open only to TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Owners/ Customers who are resident Indian nationals.

2. A non-refundable membership fee will be charged as applicable from time to time.

3. Under this program, the eligible members will earn TATA points on their transactions carried out at TATA Motors authorized Dealers/ TASS and at partner outlets as communicated to members from time to time.

4. Eligible members can redeem the TATA Points they’ve earned against payments on service/spares at TATA Motors or by way of gifts/ partners gift vouchers, within two years from the date of earning the points.

5. The explanation and clarification given in the FAQs also form part of the Program’s Terms and Conditions.

Program Benefits & Privileges:

1. Earning/ accumulation of TATA Points will be on the basis of the money spent on the transactions carried out at TATA Motors Dealers/ TASS and spends at partner outlets as under:

All benefits related to the Program including the vehicle linked Free Unnamed Drivers’ Accidental Insurance cover of Rs. 2,45,000 and Unnamed Drivers’ Accidental Hospitalization Cover of Rs. 30,000 shall start from thedate when Tata Motors processes the application and issues permanent cards; in case the application is rejected, the Free Unnamed Drivers’ Accidental Insurance cover of Rs. 2,45,000 and Unnamed Drivers’ Accidental Hospitalization Cover of Rs. 30,000 will be treated as cancelled.

3. The said vehicle linked Free Unnamed Drivers’ Accidental Insurance cover shall be valid for a period of 3 years and shall be subject to policy conditions of the Insurance Company.

4. TATA Motors Limited reserves the right to withdraw any or all promotional benefits, at any point of time without prior intimation.

Eligibility & How to Enroll

1. TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Owners/ Customers who are resident Indian nationals and have purchased vehicles not more than 365 days old on the date of enrollment are eligible for membership of the program.

2. For enrolling into the Program, it is mandatory for the applicant to give his personal details and vehicle details at TATA Motors authorized Dealers/ TASS and pay a membership enrollment fee of Rs. 1,000 per vehicle.

3. All aforesaid TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Owners/ Customers who are otherwise eligible (hereinafter called as ‘eligible persons’) and have fulfilled requisite enrollment procedure shall be issued a Program Membership Card namely ‘TATA Motors Delight Owner Card’ (hereinafter called as the ‘Owner Card’). Apart from this, for enrolling any additional vehicle under the same Owner name, after providing the details of the vehicles and payment of the Program fee, they shall be issued a ‘TATA Motors Delight Chassis Card’ (hereinafter called as ‘Chassis Card’). Each Chassis Card will be linked to the Owner Card.

4. The customer will be entitled to one Owner Card and for every chassis he registers in his membership; he gets one Chassis Card when he enrolls into the program for the first time. For enrolling additional vehicles into the program, i.e. for additional Chassis Cards, the charges would be Rs. 1,000.

5. Post enrollment into the Program, a member will be issued a Temporary Owner Card. It will be valid till the member receives his / her Program Owner Card.

6. It may take a minimum of 4 weeks to deliver the Card from the date of enrolling into the Program. In case of non-receipt of the Card within the specified period of time, it is mandatory for the applicant to intimate the concerned TATA Motors dealership within 40 days from the date of application; otherwise TATA Motors Limited will not be liable for any delay and/ or loss to anyone, whatsoever.

7. The Owner Card shall be issued only in the name of an individual of minimum 18 years of age, or in the name of a company, corporate body or association of persons. In case of any dispute or differences in connection with the Program, the same shall be decided by the court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that courts of Mumbai alone to the exclusion of all others shall have the jurisdiction to entertain and adjudicate any matter arising out of or in relation to the program.

Card Validity/ Use/ Renewal / Loss:

1. The Owner Card/ Chassis Card are valid only for 3 years from the date of issue in the Republic of India wherever the Program has been launched.

2. The Owner Card/ Chassis Card are non-transferable.

3. The issuance of Owner Card/ Chassis Card is subject to verification of ownership of vehicle.

4. TATA Points can be accumulated as well as redeemed through the Owner Card. On Chassis Card, only accumulation of TATA Points is possible. TATA Points on all Chassis Cards of a member can be clubbed and redeemed through the Owner Card. However, At BPCL RO TATA Points can be earned only by using chassis card.

5. The validity of the TATA Points will be 2 years from the date of earning/ accumulation. If the TATA Points are not redeemed within the aforesaid period, they would be considered as null and void.

6. All the Cards, even after their issuance, remain the property of TATA Motors Limited. In case the company closes this Program, the members will have to return the Cards back to the company. In such a case, the TATA Points shall lapse, but the insurance will continue as per the original term of issuance.

7. The TATA Points will be valid only till the validity of the Program membership. In the event of any lapse of membership, the member is required to renew his/ her/ its membership within a period of 6 months. In the event a member fails to renew his/ her /its membership within this period, the TATA Points in the members account will be considered as null and void. The Chassis Card is valid only till the validity of the Owner Card. In case Owner Card is not renewed after 3 years, the Chassis Card shall become void. In such a case, the TATA Points shall lapse, if the membership is not renewed within the stipulated period, still the insurance will continue as per the original term of issuance.

8. The membership can be renewed after the aforesaid period by paying the renewal fee at the TATA Motors network.

9. If the Cardholder moves to a new town, the TATA Motors Dealer shall honor the earned TATA Points and benefits, provided that the Card is within its validity period and the Program is being held in that particular town at that time.

10. Owner card can be renewed by paying Rs. 250 or by deducting 250 TATA Points from the members account. Chassis card can be renewed by paying Rs. 1,000.

11. In case of renewal of membership, the TATA Points in the members account will be transferred to his/ her/ its new account.

12. In case of loss/ theft of the Card, the member must inform the TATA Motors dealership immediately and pay processing charges for issuance of a duplicate Card, if interested.

13. In the event a member is issued a duplicate Owner’s Card, the TATA Points existing in the member’s account will be transferred to his new Card.

Other Terms & Conditions:

1. TATA Motors Limited reserves the right to reject any application for enrollment at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason or warning.

2. TATA Motors Limited is not responsible for any damaged/ mutilated/ lost-in-transit/ incorrectly-filled forms.

3. TATA Motors Limited holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality of the goods and services provided by the channel Partners in the Program, and will not be responsible if the said goods/ services are found defective/ deficient/ unsatisfactory in any way.

4. TATA Motors Limited shall not be responsible for any liability incurred by the Cardholders with respect to any aspect of the Program.

5. TATA Motors Limited shall not, in any way, be liable or under any obligation to the Cardholders if the Program is withdrawn or modified due to statutory enactments, judicial/ quasi-judicial orders or any other reasons beyond its control.

6. TATA Motors Limited reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the terms & conditions or the duration of the Program, with or without prior notice.

7. The Owner/ Chassis Card-holder may also be entitled for certain value-added benefits from various channel Partners and associates.

8. The TATA Points in the members account are non-transferable.

9. Bonus 250 TATA Points will be awarded to the member only when the new vehicle is enrolled in the program within 90 days from the date of purchase of vehicle.

10. The gifts/ rewards due against TATA Points earned are not replaceable or refundable in cash nor can they be exchanged for any other alternative denominations.

11. If the Cardholder moves to a new town, the TATA Motors Dealer shall honor the earned TATA Points and benefits, provided that the Card is within its validity period and the Program is being held in that particular town at that time.

12. Accrual of points at BPCL outlets are subject to the maximum transaction limit depending on the model of the vehicle. A card can be used for a maximum 4 transactions in a day.

13. The Program currency while transacting at BPCL outlets will be Petromiles, these Petromiles will be converted to equivalent Tata Points.

14. The points accrued in respect of the owners/ chassis card while transacting at BPCL Outlets will be only for Tata Motors loyalty program. Points can be earned only at participating BPCL retail outlets. The list of participating BPCL retail outlets is subject to change at any time, without notice. The latest list of participating BPCL retail outlets can be viewed at the website of the TML loyalty programme.

15. Points will be earned on transactions at BPCL participating outlets and are liable to change. Details of the Points earned on transaction can be viewed at the website of both the programme.

16. Any fraud or abuse of the Card and/ or rewards/ benefits arising out of the Program is subject to appropriate administrative and/ or legal action by TATA Motors Limited, including forfeiture of accumulated TATA Points and related rewards/ benefits, and may result into the cancellation of the Card.

17. If some TATA Points and/ or rewards/ benefits are wrongly credited into the Cardholder’s account, the same shall be debited and the Cardholder will be informed accordingly.

18. In case of any dispute on the TATA Points and/ or rewards/ benefits, the same shall be looked into/ resolved only on production of the transaction bill to TATA Motors Program Centre.

19. The Certificate of Insurance is proof that the vehicle is covered under the Hospitalization and Unnamed Drivers’ Accidental Insurance for Driver of TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle.

20. Information in the booklet is a manual replication of the Terms and Conditions of the master Policy Issued to TATA Motors Limited. Though adequate care has been taken to incorporate all terms and conditions, any omission would not increase the liability of Oriental Insurance Company Limited from what is covered under the master Policy issued to TATA Motors Limited.

21. As a member of the Program, the member authorizes TATA Motors and all organizations with which TATA Motors limited may finalize arrangements i.e. Program Partners to use data submitted by him/ her for marketing and communication purposes to enhance performance of the Program and also to send marketing communications through the media at the discretion of TATA Motors and its Program Partners.

22. TATA Motors Limited will not accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond its reach or control, and that may cause a delay or inability to fulfill requests of the Cardholders.

Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to Tata Motors. Therefore, we conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security.We hope the policy outlined below will help you understand what data Tata Motors may collect, how Tata Motors uses and safeguards that data and with whom we may share it.

Personal data

Tata Motors will not collect any personal data about you, unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it by online or by registration with us or on our websites. Personal data may include your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, profession and industry etc.

Purpose of Use

When you provide us with your personal data, we use it to respond to your enquiry, process your order or service request or provide you access to specific information or offers. Also, to support our customer relationship with you:

1. we may store and process personal data and share it with our affiliates to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services.

2. we (or a third party on our behalf) may use personal data to contact you about any offer in support of your needs or to conduct online surveys to understand better our customers’ needs. If you choose not to have your personal data used to support our customer relationship (especially direct marketing or market research), we will respect your choice. We do not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.

Purpose Limitation

Tata Motors will collect, use or disclose personal data supplied by you online as above or for the purposes disclosed to you.

Communications or Utilization Data

Through your use of telecommunications services to access our Website, your communications data (e.g. internet protocol address) or utilization data (e.g. information in the beginning, end and the extent of each access, and information on the telecommunications services you accessed) are technically generated and could conceivably relate to personal data. To the extent that there is a compelling necessity, the collection, processing and use of your communications or utilization of data will occur and will be performed in accordance with the applicable data privacy protection legal framework.

Non-personal Data Collected Automatically

When you access our websites, we may automatically (i.e., not by registration) collect non-personal data (e.g. type of Internet browser and operating system used, domain name of the website from which you came, number of visits, average time spent on the site and pages viewed). We may use this data to share it with our affiliates to monitor the attractiveness of our websites and improve their performance or content.
