Step 1 – Call us at 1800 209 7979.

Step 2 – Verify yourself with your Owner Card No. and other details.

Step 3 – Once verified, you can place your request for redemption. You will receive a reference number for the order placed.

It is important that you keep your Owner Card handy when calling for redemption. Do keep your order reference number safe. The gift / JK Tyre voucher will reach your address registered in the program within 2 weeks.

The JK Tyre voucher is only redeemable at only select JK outlets. The list is attached below.

For quick redemption of your TATA points for your vechicle servicing or spare parts purchases at authorised TATA Service Stations, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Inform your Service Adviser / Cashier.

Step 2 – Verify yourself with your Owner Card No. and mention the amount you want to redeem.

Step 3 – Once verified, the cashier would redeem the points against your invoice and provide you two separate receipt.
    I. Redeemed Loyalty Points Receipt
    II. Cash Receipt
