About The Program

The Program is a non-transferable loyalty program exclusively for TML’s valued Customer(s). The Customer(s) may get enrolled for the Program immediately on purchasing a Commercial Vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the “Vehicle”). The Customer(s) may, however, choose not to participate.

Qualifications to be eligible for the Delight Program:

(1). be the resident of India

(2). be at least eighteen years’ of age (hereinafter referred to as “eligible member”)

(4). have purchased a Vehicle from the Tata Motors’ authorized Dealers (hereinafter referred to as the “Dealer(s)”) under regular retail and not through any institutional and/ or Tender mechanism

(5). have purchased brand new Vehicles and not the second-hand vehicles

(6). have unconditionally accepted and complied with the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein.

Enrolment of the Customer(s):

(i). This is a free and one-time enrolment programme.

(ii). The Customer(s) needs to enrol himself/ itself for this programme at the time of purchasing the Vehicles. The customer(s) shall be required to sign the enrolment form available at the TML’s authorised dealer.

(iii). The enrolment shall be free of cost in case it is done within 365 days from the date of sale or taking delivery of the vehicle, whichever is earlier. The enrolment after 365 days shall be chargeable at Rs. 1000/- per enrolment. Taxes shall be payable as extra.

(iv). Once enrolled, the Customer(s) will get the membership valid for lifetime.

(v). After a successful enrolment, the Customer(s) will get a virtual Program Membership Number namely the ‘Tata Motors Delight Number’ (hereinafter called as the “Delight Number”).

(vi). The chassis number of the vehicle shall be linked with the Delight Number by the concerned TML’s authorised dealer at the time of enrolment itself. All the subsequent vehicles purchased by the Customer(s) shall be linked by TML’s authorised dealers with the same Delight Number on the real-time basis. The registration of a particular Chassis number shall be valid only for a period of five years from the date of linking with the Delight Number. However, after five years the Customer(s) shall be entitled to register the chassis again for continuing to avail the benefits under the Program.

(vii). In case, the Customer(s) sells any of his vehicle, all the benefits on such vehicle under the Program shall be stopped with immediate effect.

(viii). After enrolment, the Customer(s) are entitled to accumulate the loyalty points in all the transactions the Customer(s) does at any Dealer(s), Tata Authorized Service Station (TASS) and Distributors.

(ix). TML reserves the right to reject any application for enrolment at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason or warning.


Earning of loyalty points by the Customer(s):

The Customer(s) shall be eligible to earn the loyalty points by following two routes:

a) On their transactions carried out at Dealer(s), TASS and Distributors (hereinafter referred to as “Program Partners”). The actual earning of loyalty Points will depend on the money spent by the Customer(s) on transactions carried out at Program Partners’ outlets

b) On purchasing the “Suraksha” Annual Maintenance Services (AMS) for the Vehicles

c) The loyalty points credited by TML directly under the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) program.

d) The loyalty points credited by TML directly under the

Redemption of loyalty points by the Customer(s):

a) The Customer(s) may redeem the loyalty Points they have earned as above within a period of three years from the date of earning. The loyalty points shall get lapsed automatically in case of non-redemption within the period of three years.

b) The loyalty points can be clubbed and redeemed on all vehicles linked with the Owner through the Program by raising the request for redemption with the Helpdesk.

c) The loyalty points may be redeemed for:

  • i. purchasing the “Suraksha” AMS for the Vehicles.
  • ii. purchasing the Fleet Management Services (FMS) for the vehicles.
  • iii. any other service made available by TML.

d) If a purchase exceeds the customer's loyalty points balance, the remaining amount must be paid using credit card, internet banking or debit card.

e) TML shall have the right to select, add or delete the products offered for the redemption at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

f) The gifts/ rewards due against the loyalty points are not replaceable or refundable in cash nor can they be exchanged for any other alternative denominations.

g) The Customer shall have to raise a complaint to the Helpdesk within thirty days from the date of transaction, in case there has been any fraudulent/ incorrect redemption of the loyalty points. No complaint shall be entertained after the lapse of thirty days.

h) The disputes with regard to loyalty points, rewards and benefits shall be looked into only on production of the transaction bill by the Customer(s) to the Helpdesk.

Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to Tata Motors. Therefore, we conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security.We hope the policy outlined below will help you understand what data Tata Motors may collect, how Tata Motors uses and safeguards that data and with whom we may share it.

Personal data

Tata Motors will not collect any personal data about you, unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it by online or by registration with us or on our websites. Personal data may include your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, profession and industry etc.

Purpose of Use

When you provide us with your personal data, we use it to respond to your enquiry, process your order or service request or provide you access to specific information or offers. Also, to support our customer relationship with you:

1. we may store and process personal data and share it with our affiliates to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services.

2. we (or a third party on our behalf) may use personal data to contact you about any offer in support of your needs or to conduct online surveys to understand better our customers’ needs. If you choose not to have your personal data used to support our customer relationship (especially direct marketing or market research), we will respect your choice. We do not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.

Purpose Limitation

Tata Motors will collect, use or disclose personal data supplied by you online as above or for the purposes disclosed to you.

Communications or Utilization Data

Through your use of telecommunications services to access our Website, your communications data (e.g. internet protocol address) or utilization data (e.g. information in the beginning, end and the extent of each access, and information on the telecommunications services you accessed) are technically generated and could conceivably relate to personal data. To the extent that there is a compelling necessity, the collection, processing and use of your communications or utilization of data will occur and will be performed in accordance with the applicable data privacy protection legal framework.

Non-personal Data Collected Automatically

When you access our websites, we may automatically (i.e., not by registration) collect non-personal data (e.g. type of Internet browser and operating system used, domain name of the website from which you came, number of visits, average time spent on the site and pages viewed). We may use this data to share it with our affiliates to monitor the attractiveness of our websites and improve their performance or content.
